Transaction on the floor of the Stock Exchange on Thursday, November 16, 2023, sustained its gaining trend and closed on a positive note. The  All Share Index appreciated by 0.02% to settle at 71,025.16 from the previous close of 71,014.34 . This brings the year-to-date to 38.49%, the month-to-date to 2.64% and the week-to-date to 0.30% respectively.

Market Capitalisation closed at N39.060trillion. An aggregate of 483,847,757 units of shares was traded in 6,545 deals valued at 4,378,933,034.31.

Market Breadth

The market breadth closed negative as 23 equities gained while 32 equities declined in share prices.

Percentage Gainers
Deap Capital and Secure Electronic Technology Plc led other gainers with 10% growth each to close at N0.44 and N0.33 from they previous pricem N0.40 and N0.30

C&I Leasing, Northern Nigeria Flour Mills and Scoa Nigeria Plc amongst other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.95%, 9.85% and 9.82% respectively.

Percentage Losers
ABC Transport Plc led other price decliners as it shed 10%  off its share price to close at N0.90 from its previous close of N1.00

E-Tranzact, Thomas Wyatt and Guinea Insurance Plc amongst other losers also shed their share prices by 9.93%, 8.95% and 8.33% respectively.

Regancy Alliance Insurance Plc traded about 104.341 million units of its shares in 7 deals, valued at N36.491million

Oando Plc traded about 55.281million units of its shares in 902 deals, valued at N676.637million.
