The All Share Index declined by 1.99% to settle at 60,715.04 from the previous close of 61,949.24. This brings the year-to-date to 18.58%, the month-to-date to a negative 0.38% and the week-to-date to a a negative 0.38% respectively. Market Capitalisation closed at N33.060trillion. An aggregate of 1,107,340,750 units of shares were traded in 12,194 deals valued at N12.194billion. Market Breadth The market breadth closed negative as a total of 33 equities gained while 44 equities declined in their share prices. Percentage Gainers Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc led other gainers with 10% growth to close at N0.99, from its previous price of N0.99 Eternal, Chams Holding and E- Tranzact Plc amongst other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.96%, 9.88% and 9.87% respectively. Percentage Losers PZ Cusson Plc led other price decliners as it shed 10% off its share prices to close at N20.70 from its previous close of N23.00 Wema Bank, BUA Cement and Transcorp Plc were amongst other losers also shed their share prices by 9.98%, 9.86% and 9.84% respectively. Volume Drivers FCMB Plc traded about 180.751million units of its shares in 648 deals, valued at N981.471million Sterling Bank Holding Plc traded about 107.535million units of its shares in 393 deals, valued at N411.132illion.
