The  All Share Index declined by 0.08% to settle at 54,193.32 from the previous close of 54,413.21 . This brings the year-to-date to 7.56%, the month-to-date to a negative 0.08% and the week-to-date to a negative 0.08% respectively.

Market Capitalisation closed at N29.522rillion. An aggregate of  286,143,251 units of shares were traded in 4,308 deals valued at N2.315billion.

Market Breadth

The market breadth closed Negative as a total of 17 equities gained while 22 equities declined in their share prices.

Percentage Gainers

Lasaco Assurance Plc and AXA Mansard Plc led other gainers with 10% each growth to close at  N1.21 and N2.09, from their  previous price of N1.10 and N1.90 respectively

NAHCO. Ikeja Hotel and FTN Cocoa Processor Plc amongst other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.88%, 8.20% and 7.69% respectively.

Percentage Losers
SCOA Nigeria Plc led other price decliners as it shed 10% off its share price to close at N0.90 from its previous close of N1.00.

UACN, Sunu Assurances and Eterna Plc were amongst other losers also shed their share prices by 9.95%,9.62% and 9.56.45% respectively.

Volume Drivers
Fidelity Bank Plc traded about 79.730million units of its shares in 109 deals, valued at N426.800million.

Transcorp Plc traded about 28.777million units of its shares in 157 deals, valued at N39.874million

UBA Plc traded about 26.814million units of its shares in 328 deals, valued at N224.105million
