Investors lost N5billion as Market Capitalization depreciated by 0.03% to close at N20.554trillion from the previous close of N20.559trillion. An aggregate of 198.331million units of shares were traded in 3,336 deals, valued at N1.056billion.

The market breadth closed negative as 17 equities gained while 18 equities declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers
Cap Hotel Plc led other gainers with 10% growth to close at N3.19 from the previous close of N2.90.
Eterna oil, Morison and Transcorp Plc amongst other gainers also grew their share prices by 10%, 9.74% and 9.30% respectively.
Percentage Losers
Academy Plc led other price decliners as it shed 9.76% off its share price to close at N0.37 from the previous close of N0.41.
Pharmadeko, Mutual Benefit Insurance and ABC Transport Plc amongst other losers also shed their share prices by 9.52%, 8.57% and 7.69% respectively.
