The Equities market rebounded in today’s market session.The most active stocks were GUARANTY, DANGCEM, ACCESS, ZENITHBANK and UBA, which helped boost the market turnover on bourse. Also, pushing up the ASI benchmark index by percentage gain of 2.23% It  closed at 25,129.27bps, while  market capitalization closed at N8.70 trillion. 

Nevertheless, market breadth was negative as 17 losers led by AFRIPRUD (-5.00%) over 16 gainers led by TRANSCORP (+7.14%) was recorded on the chart today.

Total volume traded was 215 million shares, valued at N2.60 billion and traded in 3,692 deals. The highest traded Equities in  volume and value were ACCESS (43,779,050) and ZENITHBANK (N625,937,687.46) respectively.

The Insurance index was the only loser out of the five key sectoral indices’ in today’s trading session.
